Ocean power is the biggest power on earth. Which has not been developed so much yet. It is estimated as a highly concentrated energy resource with five times higher energy density than wind and at least ten times the power density of solar energy.
The development of electric cargo ship is going underway. The battery charging on-the-go can be one problem for them to come across in the future. Hereby we proposed a new charging solution which powered by wave energy to provide future electric ships with a more convenient, reliable and sustainable power supply in the middle of their journey.
This project was finished during the internship in Propeller Design AB.

The main focus point this time was about learning the way of doing research and material collecting and categorizing. During which time I got to learn about the skills in making idea proposals - it’s all about simplification and be on point.
Started from observing the environment - I discovered that ocean is one of the most significant nature resources of Stockholm. It has many scattered islands around, which provides a promising environment for technology startups which mainly relies on nature power (like wind, solar power, water etc.)
